TH Group fully commits to a brighter future.
From reducing our carbon footprint to investing in our employees, TH does not shy away from its corporate responsibilities.
Corporate responsibility (ESG-policy)
At TH we take our corporate responsibility very seriously: we attach extreme importance to sustainable and
ethical entrepreneurship with respect for the individual and society as a whole. As such we are already preparing
the roadmap that will assure that we will comply with the EU CSRD-directive when it becomes effective.
Environment
- TH Trucks is a dealer of manufacturers that share the same vision and develop tangible initiatives to contribute to a more sustainable future. Today, the focus of these partners is mainly on lower fuel consumption and emissions from the traditional powertrains (mainly diesel) and the development of alternative “clean” new powertrains ased on electricity and hydrogen.
- With the first zero-emission trucks becoming commercially available in Europe, TH Lease has started to monitor and report the (evolution of the) number of such vehicles in its fleet.
- TH Turbos has strategically repositioned itself from a distributor of new turbos to a remanufacturer (and repairer), and has thus moved to a more circular economy business model. Over the past years the share of remanufactured turbo’s in total turbos sold, increased from 19% in 2013 to 71% in 2025.
- Since a couple of years TH monitors its scope 1 & 2 carbon footprint (2025: 5.449T) on a monthly basis.
- As from 2024 scope 3 emissions are also monitored and reported. As of 2024, TH has begun monitoring and reporting its waste flows on a monthly basis.
Social
At TH we know that our most valuable asset are our employees. It is their well-being, dedication and talents that delivers the company’s results year after year. In order to stimulate this even more, TH focusses on:
- An equal opportunities and, where possible, diversity strategy with regards to employees
- the safety and well-being of our employees. Thus, we monitor and report on a monthly basis KPI’s such as:
- the number of work accidents resulting in absences
- the number of enforcement notices issued by the HSE departments
- Continuous development of employees with training, education, providing professional literature and so on. In 2025:
- nearly 53% of our employees received some kind of training.
- our employees received 14.891 hours of training during the year.
- Accountability, collaboration, leading the way for others, looking ahead and a lot more
TH also aims to actively support specific social initiatives by supporting specific local associations, events and initiatives.
Governance
TH has implemented a clear and transparent governance structure that has to ensure that we achieve our ambitions with regards to corporate responsibility. Several initiatives were developed and implemented in this context:
- Clear targets with regards to a healthy balance sheet structure and financials
- Transparent periodical reporting’s and meetings, both financial and other
- TH Code of conduct and a comprehensive TH Compliance framework with trainings related to subjects such as, amongst others, anti-money-laundering, anti-bribery, data- and privacy protection, know-your-customer, competition-law, export requirements, …
