TH Group (including all companies belonging to the group), located at Bruggesteenweg 249, 8830 Hooglede-Gits BE, is responsible for the processing of personal data as set out in this privacy statement.
Our privacy policy is here to inform you what data we collect about you, why, how you can control it and how we use the personal information we receive from you. We treat your personal data as confidential information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Processed data
By personal data, we mean data relating to you as an identifiable natural person. The personal data collected by TH Group consists mainly of the information you provide yourself on the various pages of our websites and that we obtain as a result of your use of our websites and/or our products and/or services. TH Group’s privacy policy also covers personal data that you communicate to us through other channels, such as call centres, reply forms, contractual documents or through our partners.

Contact Form and Newsletter
We offer the opportunity to ask questions via a contact form on our web store, where you are asked to fill in various details to handle your inquiry. You choose which data to provide. We offer a newsletter to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Your email address will be automatically added to the list of subscribers.
Location Data
If necessary for the service, we may collect location data (GPS) from you. Your consent will be requested at the time. Additionally, these (location) data may be stored and processed by the provider of navigation/map software, such as Google Maps, but the data may also be used by Google or Apple themselves. We have no control over this. We recommend that you read the relevant privacy policies of the respective provider.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We may disclose your data to our partners. These partners are involved in the execution of the agreement. Social media buttons are included on our websites. With these, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.
